In order to continue to provide you with quality services and products in a facility that is clean and professional, I ask that you please abide by the following:
•I do request that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within at least 24 hours.
Below are the detailed requirements:
•You will be charged 50% of the service/treatment price being performed if you do not notify me prior to 24 hours. This applies to Monday through Friday. Payment will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
•If you need to cancel a Saturday appointment I require a 48 hour cancelation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service/treatment you were to receive. Payment will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
•Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment at any time will result in a 100% charge for the service you were to receive. Payment will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.
This will allow me to accommodate others, like yourself, who would like to schedule.
